The Apps are a marketplace: they connect you with independent barber shops and hair salons ("Salons"). The service itself (the haircut, colouring etc.) is provided by the Salon, not by us. Salons manage their calendar, services and prices through the i-shim business platform.
When you book, you pay the full price in the app. Your payment is held in escrow: it is released to the Salon only after (a) you confirm at the shop that you received the service, or (b) automatically 24 hours after the appointment time if you neither confirm nor dispute.
Cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment → full refund to your card. Cancel later than that, or fail to show up → the payment goes to the Salon per its reserved time. If the Salon cancels, you are always refunded in full.
If the service was not provided or was seriously deficient, open a dispute in the app before the auto-release moment. We review disputes within 5 business days and may refund, release or split the payment.
Reviews must reflect a genuine visit and contain no unlawful, offensive or personal-data content. We may remove violating content. Your private journal is yours; you grant us only the hosting licence needed to store it for you.
Using the Apps is free for customers. Salons pay a 5% platform commission on completed (released) bookings, which is deducted before payout.
We provide the marketplace with reasonable care but are not a party to the service contract between you and the Salon. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
For consumers in Turkey, Turkish law and Turkish consumer arbitration bodies/courts apply. For other countries, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Hizmet: Uygulamalar sizi bağımsız berber/kuaförlerle buluşturan bir pazaryeridir; hizmeti salon verir. Emanet ödeme: Randevuda ücretin tamamı uygulamada ödenir ve emanette tutulur; dükkanda onay verdiğinizde veya randevudan 24 saat sonra otomatik olarak salona aktarılır. İptal: Randevuya 24 saatten fazla varken iptal = tam iade; daha geç iptal veya gelmeme = ücret salona kalır; salon iptal ederse her zaman tam iade. İtiraz: Hizmet verilmediyse otomatik aktarımdan önce uygulamadan itiraz açın; 5 iş günü içinde incelenir. Ücretler: Müşteri için ücretsizdir; salonlardan tamamlanan randevu başına %5 platform komisyonu alınır. Uygulanacak hukuk: Türkiye'deki tüketiciler için Türk hukuku ve tüketici hakem heyetleri/mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
