MyBarber & MyCoiffeur — effective 10 July 2026. Data controller: Levent Yenilmez (i-shim), contact info@i-shim.com.
This policy applies to the MyBarber and MyCoiffeur mobile applications (together, the “Apps”), which let you discover barber shops and hair salons near you, book appointments and pay for them securely in advance. The Apps share one backend operated on Google Firebase (project “i-shim-start”).

We do not sell your data. We do not show third-party ads. We do not use your data for cross-app tracking. We do not read your private journal.
Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service: Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database — Google LLC, may process data on servers in the EU/US), Stripe (payment processing), Apple / Google (push notifications, app distribution). The salon you book sees your name, the services you chose and the appointment time — not your payment details.
Your payment is held in escrow and released to the salon only after you confirm the service at the shop, or automatically 24 hours after the appointment time. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the appointment are refunded in full. Details are in the Terms of Service.
Account data is kept while your account is active. You may delete your account (and with it your journal, reviews attribution and personal data) in the app from Profile → Settings, or by e-mailing info@i-shim.com. Booking/financial records are retained as long as tax and commercial law requires, then erased.
Depending on where you live (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA and similar laws) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. Write to info@i-shim.com; we respond within 30 days.
The Apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We will post any changes on this page and, where the change is material, notify you in the app.

Bu politika, yakınınızdaki berber ve kuaförleri keşfetmenizi, randevu almanızı ve ödemenizi güvenle önden yapmanızı sağlayan MyBarber ve MyCoiffeur uygulamaları için geçerlidir.
Hesap: ad, e-posta, şifre (Firebase Authentication tarafından özetlenmiş olarak). Konum: yalnızca harita kullanılırken; sunucularımızda saklanmaz. Randevu & ödeme: salon, hizmetler, saat, tutar, para birimi, ödeme durumu ve ödeme referans numarası — kart numaranız hiçbir zaman sunucularımıza ulaşmaz, PCI-DSS uyumlu ödeme sağlayıcımız (Stripe) tarafından işlenir. Yorumlar: puan, metin ve adınız (siz paylaşmayı seçtiğinizde herkese açıktır). Günlük: "Deneyimlerim"e kaydettiğiniz fotoğraf/not/formüller yalnızca size görünür. Teknik: cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, çökme kayıtları, bildirim jetonu.
Verinizi satmayız, üçüncü taraf reklam göstermeyiz, uygulamalar-arası takip yapmayız, özel günlüğünüzü okumayız.
Veriler yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için gerekli işleyicilerle paylaşılır: Google Firebase (barındırma/kimlik/veritabanı; AB/ABD sunucuları), Stripe (ödeme), Apple/Google (bildirim ve dağıtım). Randevu aldığınız salon adınızı, seçtiğiniz hizmetleri ve saati görür; ödeme bilgilerinizi görmez.
Hesap verisi hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece tutulur. Hesabınızı uygulamadan (Profil → Ayarlar) veya info@i-shim.com adresine yazarak silebilirsiniz. Mali kayıtlar vergi/ticaret mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır.
